"I have been with STATE FARM for almost 50 years. Every six months they will increase my rate even though I drive less than 50 miles per day (safe drive credit) actually less than 50 miles per month. They just increased my policy payment again. I called them and asked that they explain why and they actually couldn’t even explain because they’re just pocketing my money For an absolutely no reason . So after all these years, I finally left and guess what .. when I called them to tell them they were very offputting and they don’t really care. I’ve should’ve done this a long time ago.. To Jake ‘s reply below… You were pretty sarcastic today and everything You’re saying here is just like Blah blah, blah blah blah. You wouldn’t budge from the amount of money you over charged me this new cycle…year don't say we try to work things out, That’s a lie. I’m happy I found insurance that saves me $300-$400 a year compared to STATE FARM."

"If I could less than 1 star I would. Dropped my collision insurance because my other family members had claims put in. One of the family members who put in 50% of the requests wasn't even in the same house for almost 6 years. No accidents and no tickets in over 6 years on my part and they drop collision insurance. If I could put less than 1 star I would. Absolutely a disgrace. Only people they are providing insurance too, are their selves. Been with State Farm for over 10 years, not any more."

"I have been looking around for some time in changing insurance and connected with Jake at State Farm. I was so pleasantly surprised at how down to earth and welcoming he and his staff were. Of course it is State Farm so there is a level of professionalism you expect but Jake and his team were truly above and beyond.
